WinPKR19 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply across all sections of this document:

• "winpkr19" / "Platform" / "the Site" — refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at winpkr19.bet and all associated services, products and features available to registered users.

• Each individual may hold only one active account on winpkr19. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. winpkr19 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Account registration and use are personal to you. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• winpkr19 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Use of winpkr19 is subject to eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age. winpkr19 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances voided.
• You are not accessing winpkr19 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. Determining your own legal eligibility is your responsibility.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party. All bets placed and all funds deposited must be your own.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a winpkr19 employee, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest with fair platform use.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from winpkr19 or any affiliated platform.

All financial transactions on winpkr19 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit on winpkr19 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at winpkr19's discretion.
• Funds deposited for the purpose of betting are not held in a segregated trust account. winpkr19 processes all deposits and withdrawals directly.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the standard processing window for the selected method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered winpkr19 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, device and IP address unless otherwise specified.

The following rules govern sports betting and all other event-based wagering products on winpkr19:

• All bets are final once confirmed. winpkr19 does not allow cancellation of accepted bets except in circumstances defined below.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet is accepted. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and are subject to change up until the moment the bet is confirmed.
• In the event of an obvious error in the odds displayed — such as a pricing error significantly outside the normal range — winpkr19 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, winpkr19's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport apply. For cricket and PSL, a match must reach the minimum completion threshold for bets to stand.
• Bets placed after an event has already concluded, or where the outcome was knowable to the player at the time of placement, will be voided.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement and may vary by account tier and sport.
• winpkr19 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting markets, reduce maximum stakes or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, particularly where irregular patterns or suspected match-fixing activity is identified.

The following rules apply specifically to the winpkr19 online casino, live dealer tables, slot games and crash games:

• All casino and slot games are provided by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical results in certified studios.
• Minimum and maximum stake sizes vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before play.

The following activities are prohibited on winpkr19 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a game to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.

• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method or impersonating another individual at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, insider information or any outcome that is predetermined by corrupt means.

winpkr19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe.
• Identification of suspicious activity, irregular betting patterns or potential fraudulent behaviour.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements that necessitate closure.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winpkr19 customer support at support@winpkr19.bet. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned via the original deposit method after all pending verification is complete.
